Coaching is in the app
If you are on a coaching plan, the fastest route to your coach is the Coach tab in Compound — they can see your training there, which email does not give them. Use email for anything account-related.
If you feel unwell during training, stop and seek medical help. Compound is not a medical service and this inbox is not monitored for emergencies — contact your local emergency number.
